1. Agreeing to these terms
By paying for, installing or using EA Converter (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country to buy it. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the Software.
2. One payment, no subscription
- Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period of access: 1 month, 3 months or 12 months.
- There is no automatic renewal. We never charge your card again after your payment.
- When your period ends, access stops. To continue, simply make a new payment.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated. Any bank, tax or currency conversion charges are your responsibility.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
3. Access
- Access is linked to the email address you use at checkout and normally starts straight after payment.
- If your access is delayed, contact our support team.
- Your licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell or sublicense your access.
4. Refunds
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the Software does not work as intended because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix.
- Contact our support team with your proof of purchase, a description of the problem and the steps you have taken. We reply within 5 business days.
- Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for not using the Software, for problems caused by misuse or unsupported devices, or for requests made after 14 days.
- When a refund is made, access ends.
5. Chargebacks and failed payments
- If a payment fails, access is not granted.
- If a payment is disputed or charged back, we may suspend or end access while it is resolved.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify or resell the Software, use it to access our systems or other users' accounts without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details safe and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.
- Make sure your device and internet connection meet the Software's requirements.
8. Trading risk
- EA Converter is a tool that lets you run Expert Advisors you obtain separately. It does not include any EA and gives no financial advice.
- Trading carries risk, and no result or profit is guaranteed. You are responsible for the EAs you use and for your trading decisions. Please read the Risk Disclosure before trading on a live account.
9. Updates and support
- We may release updates and new versions. Older versions may stop being supported.
- Support covers the Software itself, not third-party EAs, brokers, devices or networks.
10. Ending access
- You may stop using the Software at any time. Unused time is not refunded, except as set out in section 4.
- We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, for fraud or abuse, for a failed or disputed payment, or where the law requires it.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for trading losses, or for losses caused by third-party software, brokers, outages beyond our control, or use of the Software outside these terms.
12. Intellectual property
The Software and its content remain the property of EA Converter. No unauthorised reproduction or modification is allowed.
13. Privacy
We use your account details only to provide access and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Price changes never affect purchases already made.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
